Managing a safari camp or lodge in the middle of the bush is a complex, exciting, challenging job that only special and very dedicated people can perform. Over the decades, we have placed special care in nurturing and training efficient, charismatic, knowledgeable managers, many of whom come from the files and ranks of our staff and from the same communities where the properties are located.
Most of our guests not only meet them but bond with them and become friends for life. They are often supported by equally special deputy managers. We are proud of them all.
